FitFactor 1 Million Summer Points Challenge!

How many FitFactor points can Air Force youth log this summer? It's all up to you! FitFactor will be tracking the number of points each base and command logs during the 101 Days of FitFactor Summer Fun. Our goal is to log 1,000,000 points each month throughout the summer! We need YOU to keep active, log your points, and help the Air Force achieve its 1 Million a Month Summer Points goal!

FitFactor Summer Fun Video Contest!

It's time to get your video camera out and strike a pose! You and your family and friends could become stars! FitFactor is looking for creative videos on how to get more youth involved in FitFactor at your base. Think of it as a FitFactor commercial! Work with the Youth Center staff and start planning your video. Make sure to mention the importance of staying healthy and keeping active!

Sharpen your pencil or plug in your laptop! The theme for this year's FitFactor Summer Fun essay contest is "Family Fun with FitFactor". Tell us about your experiences with FitFactor and how it has helped your family have fun and stay active. The family that plays together, stays healthy together!
